I.        Before You Place An Order

Wedding Dresses at https://bridalparadise.store/ are made-to-order. This means that customers can order the style, size, and color of their choice. The designer creates a style specific to the customer’s liking. Our policy prohibits cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds once the customer submits their order to the designer.

Therefore, we do not accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. If it is recognized that your order is made with the intention of cancellation, our customer service team will cancel that order.

Based on your country, your purchase is subject to import taxes and duties that are calculated by the Customs Authority of your country, and which are paid by the customer before the order is received. Taxes and dues vary depending on your country.

 

II.      Important Note about Sizing

Our dresses are made according to each customer's measurements. Your normal size may vary from the designer's size.

We strongly encourage you to review the designer’s size chart to determine the best size to order. The size chart is available with each dress under the section “Size Chart”.

 

III.     Еxchange Policy for Online Orders

The exchange process for products bought online can be initiated via email. Below is what must be followed for a complete exchange:

1.      The exchange must be initiated within 2 business days of receiving the dress. 

2.      The dress must be in its original condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. 

3.      Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will not process the exchange of any items that do not adhere to this policy. Exchange shipping fees & any rush fees are not refunded. 

4.      We require authorization for all exchanges. To make an exchange, please review the following instructions:

a. Exchange Request. Please send an email to hello@gafashiongroup.com Monday–Friday, within 2 business days of receiving your Delivery order, to request an exchange dress. Include your order number and a reason for the exchange. A Customer Service representative will contact you within 2 business days to provide the address where to send the item.

b. You may exchange the dress using the shipping carrier of your choice. You are responsible for your return with the shipping carrier. All shipping fees are paid by the customer and are not subject to a refund. $55 shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.

c. Please have your Exchange Authorization Number printed clearly on the blank of the exchange and include it in the box. And printed clearly on the outside of the box next to our mailing address.

We will not accept without the Exchange Authorization Number, and the package will be returned to you at your expense.

Inspection. We inspect and process your return within 5-6 business days. Our Customer Service will inspect the item to ensure the merchandise is unworn or unused and in perfect condition with the original product tags attached. Any merchandise that appears to have been worn or used will be returned to you at your expense. You will receive an email confirming that your exchange has been accepted.

The product will be exchanged for the required one. When exchanging goods, please note that it takes from 25 to 65 business days to make a dress, depending on the complexity of the model and the workload of the atelier, and another 12-14 business days to deliver it before fitting; please note that we are not responsible for possible delays by transport companies.

International shipping is handled by reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Aramex; you can specify your preferred service when placing your order.

 

IV.    Final Sale and Sample Sale Products

All items marked as Final Sale and Sample Sale are non-returnable.  

V.      Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right. Contact us by emailing hello@gafashiongroup.com within 2 days of receiving the shipment.

We will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. When you send back the item, include a blank of exchange in the box. You can download the exchange form here (ССЫЛКА). Afterward, please print the form, fill it out, and place it inside the dress exchange box.

 

VI.     International Customers

Refunds and Online credits are issued in U.S. dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate. Any taxes, duties, or customs duty fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
